I bought a TC25D with loader and backhoe from Ritchie last February. I live out of state, so we did it all by phone and fax. I dealt with Keith Rose. I got a great price from them. I went with Ritchie because the local dealer was quoting list price. I saved $5000. It took quite a while for the transaction to take place. I had a bit of trouble arranging transport. I can't recommend the trucker I used because he did the old bait and switch on me. He changed his price when the truck arrived on site. We also struggled on how to transfer funds. Mr. Ritchie insisted on cash, and I wasn't about to give it to him without some protection. I worked out an escrow deal with his bank. Other than that, the deal went fine. The tractor was in fine shape, all serviced and ready to go. It has worked flawlessly since then. Being out of state, I haven't had any other interaction with Ritchie Tractor. ....
